- Duration: 4 min
- On: Web, Mac

## Before you start

- Be assigned to a campaign by your manager.
- A microphone and earphones plugged into your computer.

## Step by step

7 steps, about 4 min.

Screenshots show Callizy in French. Button names are given in English.

### 1. Open the campaign (10 s)

In the menu, click **Power Dialer**: your campaigns, with their **Prospects**, **Called** and **Interested**. Click **Open →**.

Menu: Power Dialer

### 2. Find your way (20 s)

On the left, the **Call queue**. In the middle, the prospect’s page and their **Call history**. On the right, the **Script**, the **Disposition** and the **Quick note**. At the bottom, the call bar.

### 3. Call (10 s)

The first waiting prospect is already selected. Click **Call**. During the call, the bar shows the number shown and why: **Local presence (area code)**, **Rotation**, **Usual number**…

### 4. Follow the script (1 min)

The **Script** shows with the prospect’s name, company and job title already filled in. **Mute** and **Hold** are in the bar; **Hang up** ends the call.

### 5. Reached voicemail? (10 s)

Click **VM Drop** and choose one of your pre-recorded messages: it plays to the prospect, then the call ends. You don’t have to say a thing.

### 6. Choose the disposition (20 s)

After the call, pick the result under **Disposition**. For a callback, set **Call back on**: the date and time. Click **Confirm & Next**: the next waiting prospect shows up.

### 7. Take a note if needed (20 s)

Under **Quick note**, write what to remember, then **Save**. The note stays on the prospect.

## Key points

- **Confirm & Next** saves the disposition and moves to the next waiting prospect.
- A callback needs a date: without it, the button stays gray.
- At callback time, Callizy alerts you, and the prospect moves to the top of the queue under **Call back now**.

## Settings

- **Record your voicemail drops**: In the **VM Drop** menu, click **Manage** or **+ Record a message**. Give it a name, for example “Standard intro”, then **Record** with your microphone, or upload an audio **File**. Each agent has their own messages.
- **Automatic or Manual**: In the call bar, **Automatic** lets Callizy pick the number shown. **Manual** lets you pick it from the campaign’s numbers; your choice is remembered for that contact.
- **Pin a contact’s number**: On the prospect’s page, under **Number shown to this contact**, **Pin** keeps that number for them; **Unpin** goes back to the automatic choice.
- **Filter the queue**: **All**, **To call back** or **Done**. **Skip** passes a prospect without handling it; **Add a prospect** adds one by hand.

## Not working?
