## Before you start

- Your usual Callizy account: no key to create.
- Claude or ChatGPT, or an editor: Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Codex or Windsurf.

## Step by step

**In Claude or ChatGPT**

### 1. Open the connectors (20 s)

In Claude or ChatGPT, open **Settings**, then **Connectors**, and add a connector.

Menu: Settings › Connectors

### 2. Paste the Callizy server address (20 s)

Paste this address, then confirm.

### 3. Sign in to Callizy (30 s)

The Callizy page opens: sign in with your usual account, no key.

### 4. Ask your question (1 min)

For example: “Who left a voicemail this morning?”, “Summarize my call about the Tremblay file” or “Let Ms. Roy know her car is ready”. For a text, the assistant opens the Callizy screen with the message ready: you press **Send**.

**In an editor**

### 5. Or in your editor (30 s)

In the terminal, add the server with this command. On first use, the editor opens the Callizy sign-in page.

## Key points

- 45 tools for your assistant: 30 that read, 15 that act (notes, tasks, contacts, tables, AI agent).
- Texts and calls: the assistant never does them itself. It opens the Callizy screen, and you press Send or Call.

## Not working?

### The assistant cannot find your calls

1. Check that the Callizy connector is turned on in the conversation.
2. Sign in to Callizy again from the connectors.

### The sign-in page does not open

1. Check the address you pasted: https://api.callizy.ca/mcp, with no space.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need an API key?

No: your usual Callizy account is enough. An API key is still an option for developers.

### Can the assistant act without me?

No. A text or a call only goes out when you press the button, in the Callizy screen. For a note, a task or a contact, your assistant asks for your permission first, unless you allowed it to act without asking.

### What can it do?

Read your calls, voicemails, transcripts, contacts, notes, tasks and texts, and the team’s numbers; write a note, add a tag, send a text.
