Screenshots show Callizy in French. Button names are given in English. ### 1. Find the app links (10 s) In Administration, open **Get started**. The last step, **Install the app on your phone and your Mac**, gives the **App Store**, **Google Play** and **Mac** links. Or open the apps page (10 s) All the apps are also on one page: click your name, at the bottom of the bar, then **Get the app**. Install the app on your phone (1 min) Open the App Store or Google Play and search for Callizy. Install the app (**Get** on iPhone), then **Open**. ### 4. Sign in (30 s) Tap **Sign in with a password**: the same email and the same password as on the computer, then **Log in**. Allow notifications and contacts (20 s) Tap **Allow** for notifications, then for contacts. **Home** brings together your texts, your calls and your voicemails. On the **Keypad**, your calls go out with the business number, shown under “Call from”. On the computer (1 min) On a Mac, click **Download for Mac**: the app receives your calls even with the browser closed. Check in Get started (10 s) Back in **Get started**, the last step checks itself as soon as the app has signed in. On iPhone, allow notifications for Callizy: the step is checked after that. 2. Come back to **Get started** a minute later: the page reads your account again. ### You cannot find Callizy in the app store 1. No: the same email and the same password, or the same Google account. ### Which number do my customers see when I call from the app? The business number, shown on the **Keypad** under “Call from”. ### What about Windows? No app to install: open Callizy in your browser and keep the tab open. Type your number, then “Call”. The first time, the browser asks for the microphone: allow it. Your mobile rings, showing your Callizy number: that's the one your customers will see. Answer. During the call: “Mute”, “Hold”, and “Quick notes”. Then “Hang up”. Back in “Administration”: the last step checked itself as soon as the app connected. Five out of five.
