The AI agent books appointments in Microsoft 365, during the call.

## What the integration does

The customer calls, the AI agent looks at your real availability in Microsoft 365, offers a slot and books it. The appointment shows up in your calendar with the customer’s name and number, and the customer gets a confirmation by text.

You set the opening hours, the duration and the buffer between two appointments. The agent never offers a slot that is already taken, even one just added by hand in the calendar. If you allow it, it also cancels or moves an existing appointment.

## Before you start

- Be a manager on the Callizy account.
- An AI receptionist already created: see [Create and test your AI receptionist](https://callizy.ca/en/apprendre/creer-sa-receptionniste).
- The Microsoft 365 account of the calendar to give to the agent.
- Every plan, from Solo.
