- Role: Manager
- Duration: 4 min

- Open this screen in Callizy: https://app.callizy.ca/en/manager?view=billing

## Before you start

- Be the account owner: only the owner sees billing.

## Step by step

6 steps, about 4 min.

Screenshots show Callizy in French. Button names are given in English.

### 1. Open billing (10 s)

In **Settings**, click **Billing**.

Menu: Administration › Settings › Billing

### 2. Read your counter (20 s)

On your subscription card, the **AI minutes** line: the minutes used out of the minutes included, for example 42 / 150 min. The bar turns orange when everything is used. **Resets on** gives the date of the next counter.

### 3. Count your included minutes (20 s)

Every plan includes 30 AI agent minutes per user per month, pooled. A team of 5 shares 5 × 30 = 150 minutes.

### 4. Open the purchase (10 s)

Click **Receptionist and minutes**. Two tabs: **Receptionist** and **Prepaid minutes**.

### 5. Choose a Receptionist (30 s)

**Receptionist** tab: extra minutes every month, for the whole company, on your invoice. $49 per month for 150 minutes, $99 for 350 minutes, $249 for 1,000 minutes. Choose, then **Buy**.

### 6. Or take prepaid minutes (30 s)

**Prepaid minutes** tab: bought once, with no expiry date. $25 for 50 minutes, $64 for 150, $129 for 350, $324 for 1,000. They are used once the month’s minutes are gone.

## Key points

- What counts: your AI agents’ calls, received or made, test calls and campaigns. Each call is rounded up to the next minute.
- The order: plan and Receptionist minutes, then prepaid minutes, then $0.79 per minute.
- Nothing is cut off: with a subscription, the agent always answers. Overage is added to your next invoice.
- The month’s minutes do not carry over. Prepaid minutes never expire.
- During the trial, the agent draws on your 30 minutes of calls. Buying minutes opens after the trial.

## Settings

- **No card on file**: Callizy asks for a card first: “Save a card to continue.”. Then the purchase resumes on its own.
- **Beyond your minutes**: Under the **AI minutes** line, in orange: the minutes over and their amount on your next invoice.

## Not working?

### Callizy shows “Purchase failed”

1. Minutes are added to a paid subscription: after the trial only.
2. Check your card in **Billing**.

### Callizy shows “Couldn't start the test call. Try again in a moment.”

1. Check your AI minutes in **Settings** › **Billing**: during the trial, 30 minutes in all.

### The agent no longer takes calls

1. During the trial: your 30 minutes may be used up. The caller then reaches voicemail.
2. With no active subscription, the agent does not take the call.

No. It is extra minutes every month, for all your agents. Create as many agents as you want: per language, per number, per hour.

### What happens beyond my minutes?

Each extra minute costs $0.79, on your next invoice. If it happens often, a Receptionist or prepaid minutes cost less.
