Accept the invitation (10 s) Open the email “Invitation to join the … team on Callizy”, then click **Accept the invitation**. Introduce yourself (20 s) The **Create your account** page opens, with your email already filled in. Verify your cell phone (1 min) Enter your **Mobile number**, then **Send the code**. Choose your password (30 s) Enter a **Password** of at least 6 characters, confirm it, then click **Create my account**. Install the app (2 min) Click your name, at the bottom left, then **Get the app**: the apps page opens in a new tab. After that, ask your manager for a new one. - You need a real cell phone: a landline or a virtual number does not receive the code. - Stay Available to receive the team’s calls. ## Not working? ### Callizy shows “Invitation not found” 1. The invitation expired, after 7 days, or it was already used: ask your manager to invite you again. 2. Your account is already created? Sign in at app.callizy.ca with your email. ### The Create my account button stays greyed out 1. Verify your cell phone first: the button turns on once “Verified” shows. ### Callizy shows “A cell phone number is required (no landline or virtual number)” 1. Enter your cell phone number: it is the one that receives the code. ### Callizy shows “This cell phone is already associated with another account” 1. You already have a Callizy account with this cell phone? Sign in with it, or write to support@callizy.ca. ### Callizy shows “Wrong code” 1. Enter the 6 digits from the latest text you received: the code stays valid for 15 minutes. 2. After 3 tries, click **Resend the code**. ### Callizy shows “Too many codes sent. Try again in an hour” 1. 5 codes at most per hour: wait, then **Resend the code**. ## Frequently asked questions ### I did not receive the email Check your spam folder. Otherwise, ask your manager to check your address, or to invite you again. ### Will my customers see my cell phone number? No: your calls and your texts go out with the business number. ### How do I sign out? Click your name, at the bottom left, then **Logout**. ## Video transcript Joining your team. And Callizy on your phone. Here's the result: you're on the team. A call comes in, and it rings for you: on the computer, and on the phone. To get there, you need the invitation email and your mobile phone. Open the email from Callizy: “Invitation to join the team”. Click “Accept the invitation”. Note: it expires after seven days. Your email is already filled in. Enter your first name and last name. Then your mobile number, and “Send the code”. A text arrives: enter the code, then “Verify”. Choose a password, twice. Then “Create my account”. Here you are in your Phone space: the “Inbox”. Your conversations and calls arrive here. Now, the app. Click your name, then “Get the app”. The apps page opens. On your phone, open the App Store or Google Play, and search for Callizy. Install Callizy, then open the app. Tap “Sign in with a password”. The same email, the same password, then “Log in”. Allow notifications and contacts. That's it. “Home” brings together your texts, calls and voicemails. From the “Keypad”, your calls go out with the company number. On Android, the steps are the same. On a Mac: “Download for Mac”. Your calls on the computer, even with the browser closed. On Windows, keep Callizy open in the browser. Remember one rule. A call rings on the computer and on the phone at the same time. Answer wherever you like. One last step: check your status, under your name: “Available”. Team calls ring for you. You're all set.
