# Track your own stats

Your calls, your missed calls, your talk time and your texts, by period.

## Before you start

- A Callizy account, agent or manager.

## Step by step

5 steps, about 2 min.

### 1. Open Analytics (10 s)

In the left menu, click **Analytics**: “Your performance overview”.

### 2. Choose the period (10 s)

**Today**, **Yesterday**, **This week**, **This month**, **This quarter** or **This year**. It starts on **This week**, which begins on Monday.

### 3. Read your four numbers (30 s)

**Calls**: the ones you took, made or let ring. **Missed**: calls that rang your phone with no answer. **Time on calls**: how long your answered calls lasted. **SMS sent**: the texts you sent.

### 4. Follow the volume by day (20 s)

**Call Volume** shows your calls day by day, inbound and outbound. **Direction** gives the share of each.

### 5. Spot your busy hours (20 s)

At the bottom, **Activity heatmap**: your calls by day of the week and by hour. The darker the square, the more calls.

## Key points

- Your stats only count your calls: the ones you take, make or let ring.
- The week starts on Monday.
- The whole team’s numbers are with the manager: see [Measure your team’s performance](https://callizy.ca/en/apprendre/performance-equipe).

## Not working?

### Callizy shows “No data available”

1. Click **Retry**.
2. Choose a wider period, for example **This month**.

### A call is missing from my stats

1. A call taken by a colleague or by the AI agent doesn’t count for you.
2. A missed call only counts if it rang your phone.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does my manager see my stats?

Yes: they see those of each person on the team.

### Are my stats in the iPhone or Android app?

Not yet: they are on the web and in the Mac app.
