Text message consent
Last updated: September 15, 2026
1. Who is texting you
Callizy is a business phone service provided by Workless. Texts you receive from a Callizy number come from a business you contacted: a shop, a clinic, a workshop, a firm. Callizy does not send texts on its own behalf to people who are not its customers.
2. How you gave your consent
A business using Callizy may text you only if:
- you texted it first, at the same number;
- you called it and agreed, by voice, to receive a confirmation, a reminder or information by text;
- you gave it your mobile number for that purpose, in person, on its website or in a form.
Texts relate to your request: appointment confirmation or reminder, answer to a question, order follow-up, information about a service. Your number is not sold or shared with other businesses.
3. To stop receiving texts
Reply STOP to any text. You will receive nothing more from that number. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.
4. Questions
Write to support@callizy.ca and mention the number that texted you. See also our privacy policy.
