Each plan includes AI minutes per user (30 min on Solo and Team, 60 min on Business, 120 min on Premium). Beyond that, you can buy AI Packs at discounted rates (Pack S at $19/50 min, M at $49/150 min, L at $99/350 min, XL at $249/1000 min) or pay per minute according to your plan. Pack minutes are only debited when used.

There is no user cap. The Team, Business and Premium plans are billed per user: add or remove seats whenever you want, and billing adjusts on a prorated basis. The Solo plan is designed for a single person — move up to Team as soon as there are several of you. AI agent minutes work the same way: counted per user, then pooled together (a team of 5 on Team gets 5 × 30 = 150 shared minutes). You can change plans at any time, with no penalty.
