The AI agent books straight into Square Appointments
Salon, clinic, workshop, garage: if your bookings live in Square, the AI agent reads the real availability there during the call and creates the appointment, with the customer and their number. It shows up in your Square calendar as if it had been booked at the counter.

Real slots, never two customers at the same time
The customer asks for a haircut or a consultation: the agent books that service, at the duration and price set in Square. You can also limit it to one service, or one team member. The agent sees bookings made at the counter or online: never two customers on the same slot.

A manager connects the calendar, then gives it to the AI agent.
Connect Square

Open Callizy calendars
In Callizy, Calendars menu, then Connect a calendar. Pick Square Appointments and give it a name.

Accept in Square
The Square screen opens. Sign in with the owner account and click Allow. You come back to Callizy.

Check the services
Callizy lists your Square services. By default the agent offers them all and books the one the customer asks for. You can limit it to one service, or to one team member.
Give it to the AI agent

Open the agent
AI agents menu, your agent, Actions tab, Appointment booking row.

Pick the Square calendar
Select it in the list, set the opening hours, save. From the next call, the agent offers slots and books.
You decide how it books
In the AI agent, Appointment booking row. It can be changed at any time.
Services offered
All your Square services, or just one. Duration and price come from Square.
Team member
A specific person, or the first available.
Location
If your Square has several locations, the one the agent books at.
Confirmation text
The customer gets the date, time and address by text, as soon as the call ends.
