Google Voice for business is a Google Workspace add-on: you need a Workspace subscription first. Three plans per user per month, in US dollars: Starter $10 (up to 10 users), Standard $20, Premier $30. Calls to Canada and the US included, transcribed voicemail, web and mobile apps, 24/7 support. Auto attendant, ring groups and ad-hoc recording come with Standard. Unlimited texting is listed "in the US".
Callizy does not need Workspace, but connects to it: Google Calendar and Google Contacts. Texting included in Canada, AI receptionist included, recording and summaries in every plan, CRM integrations. In French and English, in Canadian dollars.

- Your whole company already lives in Google Workspace and you want a number in Gmail, nothing else.
- You are up to 10 people and $10 USD per month is enough.

Starter is $10 USD per user, but you need a Google Workspace subscription on top, and recording plus the auto attendant require Standard at $20 USD. Callizy Solo is $19 CAD yearly, all included, with no other subscription.
Can I move my Google Voice number to Callizy?
Yes. Porting is included in every plan and takes 5 to 10 business days. A temporary number serves you during the transition.
Does Callizy work with Google Workspace?
