Grasshopper has been around since 2003 and does one thing well: a business number, extensions, a voice greeting, and calls forwarded to the team’s cell phones. Pricing is per account, not per person, from $14 USD per month, and the trial needs no card. It is a US company (GoTo), billed in US dollars, in English.

Yes. Porting is included in every plan and takes 5 to 10 business days. A temporary number serves you during the transition.
Grasshopper is cheaper, isn’t it?
For one person who only wants call forwarding, yes. Callizy starts at $19 CAD per month yearly ($24 with no commitment) and includes texting, recording, call summaries, integrations and 30 minutes of AI receptionist. It is not the same product.
Does Callizy also forward calls to my cell phone?
Yes. You can answer in the app, or have your cell phone ring over the carrier network, as with Grasshopper. Both can combine: the app first, the cell phone next.
Do I need a card for the Callizy trial?
Yes, at signup, but nothing is charged before the 14 days end, and the monthly plan stops when you decide.
