Your company phone system, without the phone system
Canadian numbers, extensions for your team, routing rules and an agent that answers when nobody can. On the phones you already own.
A business phone system is three things: numbers, rules that decide where each call rings, and a record of what was said. For thirty years that meant a box on the wall and a technician to touch it. Today all three live in a browser, and the only question left is who picks up at 2pm on a Tuesday when two people are already on the line.
That is the question Callizy answers. Your numbers ring on your team’s phones, following the hours and priorities you set. What is not answered is caught: transcribed voicemail, voice agent, transfer to a colleague. Nothing is lost, and the next morning you know what happened the night before.
What you get
Extensions, not devices
Each person gets a number and an extension. They answer from their mobile, their computer or both, with no hardware to buy and no SIM to change.
Routing rules
Business hours, queues, keypad menus, forwarding to a mobile. You decide the path, the call follows it.
An agent that answers
When nobody can pick up, a voice agent takes the request, qualifies it and passes it on. Every plan includes minutes, from 30 to 120 per user per month.
Recording and transcription
Calls are recorded and transcribed. A voicemail becomes text you read in ten seconds instead of a message you replay.
Texts on the same line
The number that takes calls also takes texts, and those conversations sit next to the calls.
What the team did
Answered, missed, duration, who called back whom. Enough to see a queue overflowing before the customer does.
What to know first
This is not a mobile plan
Callizy does not replace your carrier subscription. It adds a work line to the phone you already carry, and finally separates work calls from family ones.
This is not a better voicemail
A voice agent holds a conversation, asks questions and transfers. It is not an answering machine with a softer voice.
The AI is optional
Plenty of customers run it as a plain phone system and never switch an agent on. The included minutes are not lost, they are simply not used.
What it costs
From $19 per user per month billed annually, or $24 with no commitment. Free 14-day trial. Past the included minutes, agent time is $0.79 per minute. A card is required at signup, nothing is charged before the trial ends.
The plans in detailFrequently asked questions
Do we need to buy phones?
No. Your staff answer from their mobile or their computer. Nothing to order, no box to install.
Can we keep our current numbers?
Yes, porting is included in all plans. It takes 5 to 10 business days, and a temporary number is assigned during the transition.
How many people can we connect?
There is no cap. Billing is per seat: add or remove them whenever you want, and the amount adjusts on a prorated basis.
What if the internet goes down?
Calls can be forwarded to a mobile number, which travels over the cellular network. That rule is set in advance, not on the day of the outage.
Are calls recorded automatically?
You decide. Recording is enabled per line, and you control who on the team can listen back.
Can we try before committing?
Yes, 14 days. A card is required at signup, but nothing is charged before the trial ends, and the monthly plan stops whenever you decide.
