- The Callizy invitation email, sent by your manager.
- Your cell phone, to receive a code by text.

Accept the invitation
10 sOpen the email “Invitation to join the … team on Callizy”, then click Accept the invitation. The invitation is valid for 7 days; its deadline is written in the email.

Introduce yourself
20 sThe Create your account page opens, with your email already filled in. Enter your First name and your Last name.

Verify your cell phone
1 minEnter your Mobile number, then Send the code. A text arrives: enter the 6 digits, then Verify. “Verified” shows next to the field.

Choose your password
30 sEnter a Password of at least 6 characters, confirm it, then click Create my account. The button turns on once the cell phone is verified.

Discover your Phone space
20 sYou land on the Inbox: your conversations and your calls arrive here.

Install the app
2 minClick your name, at the bottom left, then Get the app: the apps page opens in a new tab. The details are in Install the app on iPhone, Android and Mac.

Check your status
10 sUnder your name, the status shows Available: the team’s calls ring for you.
Key points
- The invitation is valid for 7 days. After that, ask your manager for a new one.
- You need a real cell phone: a landline or a virtual number does not receive the code.
- Stay Available to receive the team’s calls.
Not working?
Callizy shows “Invitation not found”
- The invitation expired, after 7 days, or it was already used: ask your manager to invite you again.
- Your account is already created? Sign in at app.callizy.ca with your email.
The Create my account button stays greyed out
- Verify your cell phone first: the button turns on once “Verified” shows.
Callizy shows “A cell phone number is required (no landline or virtual number)”
- Enter your cell phone number: it is the one that receives the code.
Callizy shows “This cell phone is already associated with another account”
- You already have a Callizy account with this cell phone? Sign in with it, or write to support@callizy.ca.
Callizy shows “Wrong code”
- Enter the 6 digits from the latest text you received: the code stays valid for 15 minutes.
- After 3 tries, click Resend the code.
Callizy shows “Too many codes sent. Try again in an hour”
- 5 codes at most per hour: wait, then Resend the code.
