Key points

  • Callizy does not apply the label: it comes from your client’s carrier or from an app on their phone.
  • The registry declaration is done on your side. It is free and takes a few minutes.
  • Callizy already signs your outgoing calls (STIR/SHAKEN).

Not working?

Your calls still show as “Scam Likely”
  1. Declare every number that calls, not only the main one.
  2. The label is decided by your client’s carrier or app: Callizy cannot remove it for you.
  3. Write to support, with the number concerned.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything?
No. The carriers’ registry is free.
Can Callizy remove the label for me?
No. Callizy signs your calls and takes you to the registry; you make the declaration.
What does STIR/SHAKEN mean?
It is caller attestation: your outgoing calls are signed as legitimate. It is already in place for every Callizy number.
What about my texts?
