Step by step
6 steps, about 4 min- 1
Three ways to connect Callizy
1 minNative integrations: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Clio, Google Contacts, Slack and four calendars, connected in two clicks, at no extra cost. Zapier connects Callizy to thousands of other apps, with no coding. The MCP server puts Callizy in Claude or ChatGPT, and the API and webhooks are for your developers.

A manager connects, once
30 sIn Administration, Settings, then Integrations: each tool has its card. One person connects it, for the whole company. After that, every call from every team member is logged, with nothing for anyone else to do.

What goes into your CRM
1 minEvery completed or missed call, every voicemail and every text, with the duration, the AI-written summary, the transcript and the recording. Callizy looks up the number before writing: the call lands on the existing record, with no duplicates.

Contacts, both ways
30 sA contact created or edited in your tool reaches the Callizy address book within seconds; with Google Contacts, every 30 minutes. A new caller becomes a contact in the tool, if you turn on the setting.
- 5
Calendars, for the AI agent
30 sGoogle Calendar, Microsoft 365, Square and Wix are connected in Calendars, then given to the AI receptionist: during the call, it reads your real availability and books the slot.
