Before you start

Step by step

6 steps, about 4 min
  1. 1

    Open the call history

    10 s

In AI voice agents, on the agent’s card, click the three dots, then Call history.

    Administration/AI voice agents/your agent/Call history

    Open this screen in Callizy
  2. 2

    Find a call

    30 s

On the left, the Conversations, the most recent at the top. Search a conversation… searches the number, the contact’s name, the summary and the transcript.

  3. 3

    Listen to it

    1 min

Click a call. The player plays the recording. The 10s buttons go back or forward 10 seconds.

  4. 4

Read the summary and the transcript

    1 min

Overview tab: the Duration, the Summary and the Call details, with the number, the direction, the date and the time. Transcript tab: the conversation, turn by turn, AI Agent and Client.

  5. 5

    Open the change history

    20 s

Open the agent with the pencil. At the top, click the clock, to the left of Test: Change history. Each line says what changed, when, from where (in the dashboard, via the API or undo) and by whom.

  6. 6

    Go back

    30 s

Click a line: Before and After, field by field. Go back to before this change puts those fields back. “Agent put back to its previous state.” confirms it.

Key points

  • Test calls are in the call history too.
  • The change history keeps the last 100 changes.
  • Going back only touches the fields of that change. It is a change itself: you can undo it.
  • Going back never deletes an added knowledge page: it turns it off.

Not working?

Callizy shows “No conversation”
  1. The agent has not received a call yet. Make a test call with Test, then Call me.
Callizy shows “No audio recording”
  1. This call has no audio. Read its Summary and its Transcript.
Callizy shows “Could not go back.”
  1. Reload the page, then try again.

Yes. They show via the API, with the name of the key.
