Key points
- A mission frames one part of the call. It adds to the agent’s base behavior, without replacing it.
- The agent’s answer setting uses them. Outside opening hours: After hours when you are closed, Take a message when nobody answers. When nobody answers: Take a message. Choosing that setting turns the mission on.
- A mission is kept as soon as you save it: no need for Update.
- Only missions that are on can be chosen in a flow or a test.
Not working?
Callizy shows “Link a calendar (Google or Microsoft) to this agent to enable this mission.”
- Actions tab, Appointment booking: link your calendar, then click Update. Square and Wix count too.
Callizy shows “Save the agent first to create missions.”
- Create the agent with Create agent, then come back to Missions.
Callizy shows “Couldn't save the mission.”
- Try again in a moment.
The mission does not show up in the flow or the test
- Turn it on: only active missions are offered.
- In the flow, choose the agent first: the list shows that agent’s missions.
