Key points
- You set the hours once, for the company. All your numbers follow them, except a number that has its own.
- In the evening, your agents no longer ring, unless their personal schedule says so. A manager who is online still rings.
- With a custom flow, its Business hours block decides: without that block, your hours change nothing.
Not working?
Your agents still ring in the evening
- Check their personal schedule: it can make them ring outside business hours.
- A manager who is online still rings: that is normal.
- Does the number have its own hours? Look at the Own hours for this number switch.
Your hours change nothing
- The number follows a custom flow: add the Business hours block to it.
Callizy shows “Unable to save business hours.”
- Check your connection, then click Save again.
- If the message comes back, write to support.
