In this video · 6 chapters

Video in French with English subtitles. The English version is coming.

Before you start

  • Be a manager of the Callizy account.
  • Each colleague’s email address.
  • For teams, the Team plan. During the free trial, everything is available.

Step by step

7 steps, about 4 min

Screenshots show Callizy in French. Button names are given in English.

  1. 1

    Open your team

    10 s

In Administration, click Settings: you land on Team management. Click Invite an agent.

    Administration/Settings/Team management

    Open this screen in Callizy
  2. 2

    Send the invitation

    30 s

Enter your colleague’s Email address, then Send invitation. Repeat for each person.

  3. 3

    Follow the invitations

    20 s

Invitations wait in Pending invitations; the link is valid for 7 days. Each person gets an email, creates their account and verifies their cell phone, then moves to Members.

  4. 4

    Create a team

    30 s

Without a team, everyone rings for every call; a team chooses who rings. Under Teams, click Create my first team, give it a Name, for example “Customer service”, then Create team.

  5. 5

    Add its members

    30 s

On the team’s row, click Members, then Add for each colleague. Want to ring with them? Add yourself too. Then Close.

  6. 6

    Send it the calls

    1 min

Is your AI receptionist connected? In AI voice agents, click the flow on its card. Under Who answers during opening hours?, choose the team, then Replace the flow and set up. Without an AI agent, use the Route to team block in a flow: see Create your first call flow.

  7. 7

    Test it

    1 min

Call your number during your business hours: the team members ring together.

Key points

  • A team only rings if a flow sends it the call.
  • Each colleague is one more user on your plan.
  • The invitation link is valid for 7 days. After that, invite the person again.

The invitation never arrived
